Copez Rossana
Born in Cagliari, she specialized in Sardinian Studies at the University of Cagliari and taught for years in high schools. She has collaborated with newspapers, magazines, and curated several works on Sardinian culture and history: “Sagre e Feste” (Janus 1987), “Il porto di Cagliari” (Janus 2002).
With Sergio Atzeni, she co-wrote “Fiabe Sarde” (first edition 1978; reprinted by Condaghes in 1992). With Tonino Oppes, she wrote “Tutti buoni arriva Mommotti” (Condaghes 2008). With Mohammed Ayyioub, she co-authored “Fiabe Palestinesi” (Condaghes 2009).
In 2004, she published the novel “Si chiama Violante” (Il Maestrale), and in 2011, with Giovanni Follesa, “Terra Mala” (Il Maestrale). Her latest autobiographical book, “Cercandocieli”, is enjoying great critical and commercial success throughout Italy.
