Rinaldi Pino

Pino Rinaldi is an Italian journalist, writer, and television presenter who became famous thanks to the investigative program “Chi l’ha visto?”.

He was born on January 25, 1961, and from a young age, he dreamed of a career in journalism. After completing his studies, he got his first important job when he joined the editorial team of the Rai program “Chi l’ha visto?”, where he started working as a writer, carrying out various investigations for the show.

He then made his television debut by working as a reporter for the investigative program until 2000, when he began hosting the show along with colleagues such as Tiziana Panella and Daniela Poggi.

In 2018, the journalist moved to a new project, presenting “Commissari – Sulle tracce del male”, a documentary created in collaboration with the State Police in which he retraces some of the most famous crimes of the 2000s.

In 2021, Pino Rinaldi brought “Il mostro di Firenze” to the big screen, a documentary film for which he wrote the subject and screenplay together with Luciano Palmerino.

Two years later, in 2023, he returned to work for Rai with a program that takes up the “Commissari” format, titled “Detectives – Casi risolti e irrisolti”.

Also in 2023, Pino Rinaldi dedicated himself to “Divina Commedia Criminale”, a theatrical performance that pays homage to Dante by revisiting the text of his work in an investigative key.

The following year, the journalist co-wrote with Nunziato Torrisi the book “Il mostro è libero” and also hosted “Faking It – Bugie o Verità?”, a program on the Nove channel where he talks about some protagonists of crime news.

Among the journalist’s most recent projects is the show “Crimini italiani”, which aired on Nove in the summer of 2024, where he narrates the stories of eight Italian murders.
