Usala Valeria

Valeria Usala was born in Cagliari in 1993.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in Languages and Communication and two Erasmus experiences in the Czech Republic and Spain, she studied filmmaking at the Ateneo del Cinema in Rome, then moved to Turin where she graduated in Storytelling from the Scuola Holden in 2019.

The title of her first novel is “La rinnegata”, published in 2021 by Garzanti. It had been years since a debut was received with so much enthusiasm by the booksellers who read it in advance.
